Renovation of a pre-existing rural building and setting up of new technical offices in open-space and compartmentalized spaces, laboratories for research and experimentation of new products and meeting rooms; design of a new industrial building for prototyping and testing of new products; redesign of the park with new plantings and paths.

The project includes the location of the Research and Development Department and the elaboration of a new distribution arrangement, reorganization of functions and their specific characterization within the framework of a renewal of the system of interactions, operational flows, connections and exchanges between the different components of the design process.
